Index Information

Shares of the Fund are listed for trading on the secondary market on the NYSE (the "Exchange") and can be bought and sold throughout the trading day like other publicly traded shares.

When buying or selling Fund shares through a broker, you will incur customary brokerage commissions and charges, and you may pay some or all of the spread between the bid and the offer price in the secondary market on each leg of a round trip (purchase and sale) transaction. In addition, because secondary market transactions occur at market prices, you may pay more than NAV when you buy Fund shares, and receive less than NAV when you sell those shares. Fund shares are bought and sold at market price (not NAV) and are not individually redeemable and will be issued and redeemed at their NAV only through certain authorized broker-dealers in large, specified blocks of shares called creation units and otherwise can be bought and sold only through exchange trading. Creation units are issued and redeemed principally in kind. Shares may trade at a premium or discount to their NAV in the secondary market. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns. The Deep Value ETF is non-diversified, meaning it may concentrate its assets in fewer individual holdings than a diversified fund. Therefore, the Deep Value ETF is more exposed to individual stock volatility than a diversified fund.
